There is still a 24 hour window in which you may cancel or reschedule your appointment via text, voice mail or email. To further support you I am waiving the previous 50% service charge associated with that.
No Shows will still be charged the full amount of services booked. The time and resources we take to prepare for individual sessions is not something we can afford to waste.
It takes 10 minutes for some cleaning products to effectively kill pathogens. Given this fact, and the other protocols necessary, it is prudent to allow 30 minutes to sanitize and disinfect between each client. Due to this, if you are late to an appointment, time will be taken away from your treatment and you will still be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Due to COVID-19, I am temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of my clients and self is very important to me. For this reason, walk-in appointments will not be accepted and clients who are not currently receiving a service will be asked to step out in order to control the number of people within the salon/spa/clinic. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. Please note, I am requesting that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments. If you do not have one, a mask will not be provided to you and your treatment will be cancelled/charged the full amount.
Intake forms are essential for the safety of both you and the practitioner during your treatment. Due to new COVID protocols, if you do not have the ability to arrive with your intake forms already completed please contact the studio ahead of time and I can either fill them out via phone call or you need to plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
