Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) booked.

No-show policy
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.

Late policy
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, there is a very strong possibility that I will not have time to complete your service. I always try to be as accommodating as possible, however, if there is not enough time, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

Rescheduling
There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment however repeated [limit of 3X] rescheduling of the same service will lead to a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked.
